Well, 50% of my pants won't fit at all and most can barely be buttoned. My bump is starting to grow. For those inquiring minds ... enjoy the pictures below.
12.5 weeks
14.5 weeks (Two weeks later ... do you see a difference??)
No other exciting things to speak of, we are in a lull between doctor appointments and enjoying the peace and quite.
Week 14 - Approx size of a Lemon ... that means I have TWO lemons! (Average size: 3.4 inches, 1.5 oz.)
Your adorable little fetus is busy with thumb sucking, toe wiggling, and (not so cute but equally amazing) making urine and breathing amniotic fluid as the liver, kidneys and spleen continue to develop. Lanugo (thin, downy hair) is growing all over the body for warmth.
I really liked the belly bands at this point...they go over your regular jeans & pants to give you a few more weeks while you search for some cute maternity clothes. Good luck!
