30 Weeks Old & Doc Band Before and After

July 11, 2011
By Cyndi

I'm not sure I will be able to follow up Matt's post from last week, but he did a great job making our life sound interesting!  The past few weeks, the boys have really started to enjoy tummy time.  They will stay down there sliding, rolling around and spinning in a circle for 30+ minutes between each feeding.  They are moving themselves backwards right now.  It looks like any day, they will figure out how to move forward.

We are also beginning the teething phase.  Nothing has some through, but they are much fussier than normal.  We have been trying a new solid every three days.  Here's the summary:

Grading Scale Definitions
A Love
B Like
C Palatable
D Eat if forced
F Allergic

Food Date Grade
Peas 7/2/2011 D
Green Beans 7/5/2011 B+
Carrots 7/9/2011 C

We had one last visit with Cranial Technologies for their before and after scans.  They were not able to give us digital images, but we were allowed to take pictures.  Hopefully the following pictures will show you the amazing improvements and why we chose this treatment for both boys.

The above picture is Tyler.  With he before picture (left) the back left and front right is where his flat spot was.  With the picture on the right (exit appointment picture) he is much more rounded & filled out.

This is Zach's mug shot.  It's funny.  Yes, they put a light stocking cap over their heads to keep their hair down to take these pictures.

The above picture is Zach's before (left) and after (right).  Zach's flat spot was the back right and front left, opposite of Tyler.  He was not as severe as Tyler in his measurements, so it is harder to see in this picture.

7 month pics to follow later this week.  The rest of July will be quite busy.  Nana arrives on Sunday, staying through Thursday morning.  Saba arrives Tuesday evening but flies to Phoenix on Wednesday morning to prep for our visit.  Yup, we are flying again so Tyler & Zach can meet Great Grandpa Max in two weeks!
