The past few weeks have been tough. While the blog pictures portray them as smiley, adorable loving brothers, which they are 50% of the time, the other 50% is far from that. They know exactly how to push our buttons, stop the bad behavior right before a time out is given or give us the look of "I know exactly what I'm doing and whatcha gonna do about it?" They are not even three yet!!
I truly don't know how Matt survived 48 hours straight with only one outing to Wegmans while sick with a cold. Really, I would have been dialing everyone I know, begging for backup!! They all seemed to survive and now T&Z are randomly singing "773-202 ... LUNA" Really Matt?
That was the best jingle you could teach them?!
There are sweet moments such as when they ask us to play with them or kiss their brother's boo boo ....
In the past week, I've finalized the boys' birthday party, worked on the invite, and ordered/addressed holiday cards. We had 80% of the house interior painted, and Matt has replaced almost every light switch, outlet, and outlet & cover (much cursing occurred during all this work, I'm told).
We LOVE how the house looks now that it is painted. We used a gray palette, with blues and greens! Curtains and other window treatments will wait until I trust the boys not to pull them down, but at least the house isn't white anymore!!!
We also had our fall pictures a few weeks back ... The boys weren't super cooperative (i.e. look at camera and smile), but she was able to capture a few awesome shots!
