Happy Passover!! I feel like it crept up on me without much warning and I hadn't thought much about how we would encourage the fellas to eat Passover food since their current menu at home consists of carbs for breakfast and chicken nuggets, pizza or pbj for dinner. Seder, while nice company, was absoulte chaos! These three boys together are just a mad house and barely sat still. I somehow miss the days of a quiet seder where we all read a paragraph and enjoyed the evening.
The ten plagues masks kept them somewhat busy and very amusing for all of the adults!! While Tyler was wearing the cow mask (not pictured below), Lincoln said to T, "I am going get milk from your penis." Sadly, Todd was the only one that heard it live because if the rest of us had heard, we surely would have been laughing hysterically!!
So here we are on night 3 and Tyler has surprised us! He willingly ate matzo pizza yesterday and pb&j on matzo tonight. Zach, on the other hand, only picked at the pbj and it took the promise of a cookie for him to even get close to the matzo pizza.
Last weekend was beautiful! We spent each afternoon outside and hope to do the same this weekend.
Life becomes fairly busy over the next few weeks, in preparation to be in Chicago without the kids for wedding #1, quickly followed by a busy May and wedding #2 the first weekend in June. Summer plans are shaping up with visitors, fun plans, NJ trip to see my family & ending with a weekend at the beach!!
