Yup, this is post #251!! I am impressed with myself that I have kept this up weekly for almost 4 years now. It helps me keep photos organized and sorted, otherwise the 15gig per year I take would be a huge mess!
Back to this week ...
We had a great weekend!! I can't say that lately for most weekends, but we talked up to the kids that we had an adventure day planned on Saturday but didn't tell them where or what we were doing. Honestly, I didn't want to hear "Are we there yet?" or "Thomas!" ten zillion times on the hour ride to Baltimore. For those who don't know, Thomas tours the country for all the little people to see.
When we arrived, Zach was not happy with the train sounds and didn't want to see anyone but James or Percy (who weren't there!!). We immediately went to see Sir Topham Hatt and Tyler was happy but Zach wanted nothing to do with him. By the time we pottied and got settled, it was time for our 20 min train ride on Thomas, which they had fun with. They stayed interested as the Baltimore PD (yes POLICE Dept) rode next to the train since it is in a not-so-great area. T&Z loved seeing the motorcycle!!
We rode the carousel and another little train ride, walked around and said Hi to Sir Topham Hatt again and both fellas were ready to say Hi and we got a great picture! We even had new trains for the car ride home. Overall, we survived and it was tons better than other adventures last fall.
In other news, this is how they amused themselves on Sunday! Who is under the bucket?!?!!
Matt & I are off to Chicago this weekend without the fellas for Michael and Lanie's wedding! Super excited!!!
